Why doesn't Webshot work on this page?Browsers block every extension on their own pages: settings, the new tab page, extension stores and local files. Webshot shows Page Restricted there.Read article
How do I recover a recording that was not saved?Usually yes. Open the popup: if the recording is still in storage, Webshot offers to recover it or finish importing it. Recording Lost means no part of it survived.Read article
Why is my camera or microphone not working?Open the Permissions page from the popup menu. It shows whether each device is granted, denied, blocked, in use elsewhere or missing, and helps you fix that state.Read article
