Can I change a page before capturing it?

Yes. Enable Webpage Editing makes the page's text editable, and Remove Component deletes elements you click. Only your view changes; a reload restores the page.

Useful for mock-ups, for hiding a name or a balance before a screenshot, and for clearing banners that would clutter the picture.

Rewrite text: Enable Webpage Editing

1. Turn editing on

   Choose Enable Webpage Editing from the tools list, or press Ctrl+Shift+E.

2. Click into any text and type

   Headings, paragraphs, prices, labels: everything becomes editable in place.

3. Capture

   Use any capture mode. The image shows your edited version.

Delete elements: Remove Component

1. Choose Remove Component

   From the tools list, or press Alt+Shift+D.

2. Click what should go

   Each click removes the element under the cursor: a cookie banner, a sidebar, an advert.
