Which keyboard shortcuts does Webshot have?
Twelve shortcuts cover every capture mode, tool and recording control, from Ctrl+Shift+V for the visible area to Alt+Shift+R to record. All of them can be changed.
Every shortcut works on any normal web page without opening the popup.
Defaults
| Action | Shortcut | |-|-| | Visible Part | Ctrl+Shift+V | | Entire Page | Ctrl+Shift+F | | Selected Area | Ctrl+Shift+S | | Delayed Screenshot | Ctrl+Shift+D | | Element Capture | Alt+Shift+E | | Desktop Screenshot | Ctrl+Alt+D | | Enable Webpage Editing | Ctrl+Shift+E | | Delete Element | Alt+Shift+D | | Open Screenshot Editor | Ctrl+Alt+E | | Extract Text | Ctrl+Shift+T | | Start Recording | Alt+Shift+R | | Stop Recording | Ctrl+Shift+X |
Changing a shortcut
Open Preferences
Popup menu, then Preferences, then Keyboard Shortcuts.
Press Change next to an action
Type the new combination. It must include Ctrl or Alt, and Webshot refuses combinations the browser or operating system already owns.
Watch for conflicts
If two actions share a combination, both are flagged until one changes. Restore Defaults puts everything back.
